Play around with this morning booster by swapping greens and adding your choice of herbs, and even a jig of hot sauce!
Bloody Mary fans will love this hearty drink, especially if you spike it with a dash of Worcestershire sauce or some horseradish!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 oz fresh spinach
- 1 tomato (about 5 oz), cored
- 1/2 lemon, peeled (seeded, if desired), plus lemon wedges for garnish
- Ice, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Juice produce in the following order: celery, spinach, tomato and lemon. Stir well. If desired, serve over ice and garnish glass with lemon wedge.
